It is heartening to hear that this kind of company has been able to raise money. And I like that your take recognizing that caregiving obligations can take many forms. Some people care for their kids and their parents.

Thanks Ann. Indeed, it's high time for the de facto stigmatization to end of employees, particularly ambitious professional moms, who simply can't work traditional 40+ hour weeks due to family obligations. I am glad that employers are increasingly recognizing this and are willing to make appropriate and necessary accommodations.
